Write to the people who build it
One address, and it reaches both of us. There is no support desk in between and no ticket number — we read these ourselves, usually within a couple of days. Clinics evaluating the tool and people asking about their own result arrive at the same inbox.
Who answers
- Arsenii Ahamalovthe AI analysis layer — what is sent to Anthropic and how the report is written
- Artem Romanovthe servers, deployment and database — where the data is stored and how it is secured
What to include
- A question about a result you got
- Send the link to the result page. It carries the job id, which is what lets us look at the same numbers you are looking at. The scan itself is deleted about ten minutes after the analysis, so if the link has expired, tell us roughly when you ran it.
- Something looks wrong
- Tell us what you expected and what you saw. A screenshot helps more than a description — and if the models flagged a scan you believe is clear, or missed one you believe is not, that is exactly the feedback this free period exists to collect.
- Your data
- Access, deletion, correction, or a copy of what we hold — write to the same address and say which. Reports are deleted automatically after seven days and scans after about ten minutes, so in most cases there is nothing left to delete by the time you ask.
- Evaluating it for a clinic or department
- Tell us what you would need to see before the tool would be worth an hour of a radiologist's time — the measurement you would want repeated, the cases you would want it run on, the part of the workflow it would have to reach. There is no clearance behind this and no API yet, so what we can offer today is the tool, every number we hold, and the time to answer properly. What you ask for is what decides the build order.
- Research, press, or working together
- Also here. We are two students, so we would rather hear from you directly than through a form.
One thing we cannot do by email
Read your scan for you. Neither of us is a physician, and a second opinion on an image is a job for someone who can also examine you. If a result worries you, the useful next step is a doctor with the scan in front of them — you can take the report with you.
